We are seeking a Machine Shop Manager experienced in managing a busy shop which services multi-national companies. Job responsibilities and job requirements include:

 

·        Being familiar with the operation of CNC and manual machines

·        Having 5 plus years of machine shop management experience

·        Overseeing workflow and maintenance

·        Complying with ISO 9000 quality processes and procedures

·        Understanding job cost components and job cost tracking

·        Troubleshooting problems, improving processes and developing operational improvements

·        Understanding inventory management

·        Motivating production staff to perform efficiently while providing excellent product and service quality
